Welcome to In Need of Grace!
My name is Janeile. I am a daughter, sister, friend, businesswoman, wife and follower of Jesus Christ. The older I get, the more I realize that I have a desperate, daily need for the grace of God. And the more I realize what a poor job we, as Christians, do in both freely receiving and giving grace to those around us.
My hope with this blog is to be transparent – about my need for grace – as I juggle LIFE. My desire is that you can see yourself in my every day struggles, victories and contemplations. That you can realize that you’re not alone and that we ALL deal with the same stuff, same insecurities, same doubts. And that it moves you to be more patient with yourself and with others.

- White, milk or dark chocolate? Always dark. The darker the better.
- I am the daughter of immigrants. My family is from Trinidad. They speak broken English there. My husband claims to hear a little accent when I’m around my family.
